LEG 12 - 85 km

THE ONE WITH THE MOST CLIMBING

This 85-kilometers long bike leg is both beautiful and difficult with almost 3000 meters of elevation. Teams will spend hours in the wilderness with a clear view of the civilization below them. Rijeka is the biggest city in Kvarner region and those biking through the night will enjoy the lights in the distance. This leg could be 100% ridden but skilled navigators might make bold moves to carry bikes over some sections and save valuable time.
