S2 - Rowing in paradise
One of the most beautiful and most adventurous sections of the race. The first part of this kayak will be a rapid descent of the river through a fun zone, where we will have to overcome several rapids and keep the kayak on the right track, to continue through a quiet area in the reservoir of “A Ribeira”, surrounded by incredible forests.
In the second part of the descent we will pass through As Pontes center, there will be several carriages to overcome several dams, finally to enter the famous As Pontes Lake, impressive place surrounded by nature and life.
After leaving the lake, we will sail for a longer area of rapids, until the tail reaches the reservoir, from where there will still be several hours rowing between oak-trees and chestnut forests. We will arrive at the dam of the river Eume where will be the transition.
