S3 - There can only be one, the night or you
The third section departs from the village of Mondoñedo where the teams will take again their bikes to face what will undoubtedly be the hardest stage of the race in the physical aspect.
In this stage the teams will be riding their bikes for 133 kilometers in which they will have to ascend to a lot of summits and that will take them to accumulate a total of 5,200 positive meters of altitude difference. which they will complete during the first night of the race.
In the last CP of the section we will find a cave, in which the teams will have to use again the ropes kit to reach the CP located inside it.
Finally the teams will arrive at A Pontenova village, which will put the final point to this tough section.
