RACE DETAILS

• Dates: 1st – 11th October 2021
• Where: Provinces of A Coruña, Lugo and Ourense
• Distance: 630 kms
• Race time:
  • 90 hours for the first teams
  • 168 hours for complete the course (7 full days)
  • Disciplines:Trekking, mountain bike, kayaking,caving,orienteering and ropes
• Team categories:
  • ARWS Mixed Teams of 4 members
• Prizes: $ 50000 USD
• Other prizes: sponsors products

80 REGISTRATION PLACE:

• 40 places reserved for the top 50 teams in the world ranking. (In case of not being completed, they will go to free registration)
• 10 places reserved for Spanish teams (write email to the organization [email protected])
• 30 free registration places. In order of registration.

RACE TIMETABLE

• Wednesday 29th:
  • Transfer of teams from Santiago de Compostela Airport to A Coruña
• Thursday 30th:
  • Team registration and checks
  • Official team presentation ceremony
  • Collection of transition boxes
• Friday 1st:
  • Provision of food and material preparation for the race
  • Delivery of the stipulated boxes to the organization
• Saturday 2nd:
  • Personal suticase delivery
  • Transfer of the teams to the departure city
  • 12:00 Start ARWC 2021
• Wednesday 6th:
  • Arrival of the first teams
• Saturday 9th:
  • 12:00 Race closing
  • Prize-giving ceremony
  • Dinner party
• Sunday 10th:
  • Departure of teams to Santiago de Compostela airport
