Remanso Valerio

Remanso Valerio is a team created in 2007 for multidisciplinary adventure racing expeditions by Cristian Claus (currently retired from competition). Since its inception, it has consistently participated in over 70 races of more than 200 km, including 50 XK Races (a circuit active since 2007 in Argentina), 4 participations in the world circuit, and numerous others in Latin America and nationally. They have covered over 10,000 km in competitions. Hailing from Rosario, Santa Fe Province, Argentina, it is the only team from the area still active after so many uninterrupted years. Their fundamental characteristic is their amateur nature, unconditional love for the sport, with a distinctly solidary and camaraderie spirit. The team composition has changed over time due to life’s natural progression, but always maintaining the same team spirit. On this occasion, we will venture into the mountains of our sister Republic of Chile with the following team:

Sergio Fruci (responsible for 1 E), 54 years old, traveler;
Adrian Ghiglione, 55 years old, Physical Education Teacher, one of the team’s navigators;
Gabriela Santamaria, 55 years old, Physical Education Teacher;
Gonzalo Beristain, 54 years old, doctor, team captain and another navigator.
